• Customer details, your name, contact details and address, used for order fulfilment and communication.
• Vehicle details, the vehicle registration and related vehicle information, used to identify the correct service route.
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider to take payment for your order. We do not store full card details.
• Communications, emails and messages relating to your order, which are queued and tracked against your order record.
• Documents, where your selected service requires it, documents such as a V62 are generated as part of fulfilment.

3. How we use your information and our lawful bases

We use your information to deliver the service you order, take payment, provide support, and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are:

• Performance of a contract, to provide the vehicle tax, V62 or combined service you request.
• Legal obligation, to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and other legal requirements.
• Legitimate interests, to operate, secure and improve our service and to provide customer support, balanced against your rights.
• Consent, where we rely on your consent, for example for any optional updates, you can withdraw it at any time.

We share your information only where necessary to deliver the service, including with:

• Payment providers, to process payments securely.
• Technical service providers, who help us operate the service.
• Relevant authorities and partners, where this is required to perform the service you requested.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
